Yes. Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Steamboat Springs, Colorado studio. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production. In-stock pieces ordered by 1:00 pm Mountain time ship the same day. US orders over $150 include free standard shipping.

Are the gemstones natural?

We offer both natural and lab-created options depending on the stone. Emerald and ruby are available in lab-created versions at a lower price point, while natural options are also available. All stones are ethically sourced.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

How do I use the polishing cloth?

Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

In-stock pieces ship same day when ordered by 1:00 pm Mountain time. GemBar designs are made for you, and each piece shows its own shipping window next to the price. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted from scratch and ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Engraved and initial pieces add 1 to 3 business days.
