30-day returns

Unworn, unused, ready-to-ship jewelry and eligible GemBar/custom gemstone pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags if applicable, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at erin@egjewelry.com before sending anything back. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Eligible unworn items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you have, then place a separate order for the new piece once your return is accepted.

Final sale items

Initial jewelry, engraved jewelry, special-order jewelry, permanent jewelry, sale items, marked-down merchandise, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are ordering an initial, engraved, or special-order piece, please review your selections carefully before checkout.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at erin@egjewelry.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to start a return

Email erin@egjewelry.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions for where and how to send your package.

Approved returns should be sent to: Erin Gallagher Jewelry, 71 Park Place, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at erin@egjewelry.com.

One-year repair warranty

For one year from the date your order arrives, we will help repair jewelry that does not meet our quality standards. This includes many issues related to normal wear, but does not cover lost items, improper use or storage, damage caused by a third party, or items that have been altered by someone outside Erin Gallagher Jewelry.

To request help with a repair, email erin@egjewelry.com with your order number and photos of the piece.

Permanent jewelry welding warranty

If your permanent jewelry weld becomes detached or needs refitting within 60 days of purchase, and you still have the chain, you may schedule a repair appointment for complimentary rewelding or adjustment. After 60 days, a $20 service fee applies per item welded or resized, unless waived with another purchase at the appointment.

Lost permanent jewelry is not covered as a replacement. If your piece is lost or needs replacement within 60 days, we may offer 50% off a replacement. If it is lost or needs replacement after 60 days and within 6 months, we may offer 25% off a replacement.
