Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

In-stock pieces ship same day when ordered by 1:00 pm Mountain time. GemBar designs are made for you, and each piece shows its own shipping window next to the price. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted from scratch and ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Engraved and initial pieces add 1 to 3 business days.

A clear, saturated green against gold has always looked expensive, and it still does. The Green Braided Chain and Silk Tassel Bracelet weaves green silk through 14K gold-fill curb chain into a quarter-inch braid, finished with a short chain tassel at each end instead of a clasp.
The braid is 10 inches long and a quarter inch wide, with a 2 inch chain tassel at each end for 14 inches overall. There is no clasp and no hardware of any kind: the tassels tie the bracelet on and hang as the finish, so it fits any wrist and never needs sizing. Each one is hand-braided in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, from 1.1mm 14K gold-fill curb chain and the same silk cord we use on our slip-knot bracelets.
