Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Is this a real emerald?
Yes — lab-grown emerald is chemically identical to mined emerald. The difference is origin, not quality. Lab-grown means more consistent color and greater clarity than many natural stones at this price point.

The word "emerald" comes from the Greek "smaragdos" — green gem. Before there were precise gemological categories, there was just that: vivid, living green. Emerald has been associated with growth, love, and clarity of vision for as long as humans have been wearing jewelry.
