How do I take care of my jewelry?

Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Yes. Engraving is included at no extra cost, and every piece is hand-finished in our Colorado studio.
If you had it engraved, no. Engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including for spelling, so please check your text carefully before ordering. Pieces bought without engraving can be returned within 30 days in unworn condition, with return shipping paid by the customer.
