EG Jewelry is a handcrafted, made-to-order jewelry studio in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, founded by designer Erin Gallagher. Erin's earlier collections were carried by Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Barneys New York, featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, and O, The Oprah Magazine, and earned Best Jewelry Store in Chicago five years running. About Erin Gallagher

Erin Gallagher's career began at a restaurant on Rush Street in Chicago, when a customer admired the necklace Erin had made and bought it off her neck on the spot. Trunk shows at Bloomingdale's and Saks Fifth Avenue followed, then a Women's Wear Daily feature that brought a call from the Nordstrom buyer. Her collections went on to Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Barneys New York, she opened three retail stores in Chicago, and her jewelry appeared in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, Lucky, and O, The Oprah Magazine, earning Best Jewelry Store in Chicago five years in a row.

When her sons were born, Erin stepped away from wholesale and moved her family to Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She now designs on her own terms: every piece made to order, built around story rather than trends, and shaped by mountain life, down to setting stones low enough that ski gloves slide on and off. She also co-founded Yampa Ascent, a nonprofit funding advanced academic programming for students in the Yampa Valley.

The GemBar

The GemBar is where EG Jewelry comes to life in real time. In the Steamboat Springs studio, guests sit down with Erin to design a piece on the spot, choosing stones, metals, and details as it takes shape, or get welded into a permanent jewelry piece they will never take off. Online, the Design Yours collection brings the same experience to the screen, letting customers build their own necklaces, earrings, and bracelets stone by stone.
