How do I take care of my jewelry?
14K Gold
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

In-stock pieces ship same day when ordered by 1:00 pm Mountain time. GemBar designs are made for you, and each piece shows its own shipping window next to the price. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted from scratch and ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Engraved and initial pieces add 1 to 3 business days.

Yes. Unworn GemBar/custom gemstone pieces without initials or engraving may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Initial, engraved, and special-order pieces are final sale.
Yes. Our recycled sterling silver and solid 14K gold are both excellent choices for sensitive skin. Solid 14K gold in particular is hypoallergenic for most wearers.
