How do I take care of my jewelry?
14K Gold
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

That is our specialty.

hipping timing varies by item. In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. GemBar/custom gemstone pieces shown with same-day shipping ship the same day when ordered before 12 PM CT; orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Initial, engraved, and special-order pieces may take longer.

How do I choose my gemstones?
Use our real-time design tool on the product page to select and arrange your three stones. You can choose bybirthstone month, color preference, or personal meaning. Every gemstone is ethically sourced and hand-cut.

Is this necklace made to order?
Yes. Each piece is customized and finished by hand in our Colorado studio. Orders placed before 12 PM CT ship the same day; orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Can I wear this every day?
Absolutely. The stones are hardy, and the recycled metals are built for daily wear. This is designed to be your everyday heirloom.

What chain lengths are available?
Chain lengths are adjustable and selected during the customization process. Most customers choose between 16 and 20inches depending on their layering preference.

Is this a good gift if I do not know their exact preferences?
Choosing their birthstones or the birthstones of their children is always a meaningful and personal option. If you are unsure, birthstones are a beautiful starting point.

Is this necklace returnable?
Yes. Unworn GemBar/custom gemstone pieces without initials or engraving may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Initial, engraved, and special-order pieces are final sale.

How do I choose three birthstones?
Most customers pick three birthstones that mark people or moments that matter ‚ a partner's birth month, a child's, their own. Others build a color story they love. You can also mix birthstones with non-birthstone gems. There is no wrong way to design it.

Can I mix birthstones with non-birthstone gems?
Yes. The GemBar design tool lets you choose any three stones from our full collection, in any combination. Birthstones, favorite colors, meaningful gems, your choice.

What if two people share the same birth month?
You can absolutely use the same stone twice. Many moms with two children born in the same month choose to set the matching birthstones side by side, with the third stone for another loved one.

Yes. The GemBar tool lets you arrange your three stones in any order you like, and you will see the finished design update in real time before you check out.

Is the Nora necklace good for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our recycled sterling silver and solid 14K gold are both excellent choices for sensitive skin. Solid 14K gold in particular is hypoallergenic for most wearers.
