Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

To avoid tangling, choose necklaces at different lengths — a 16-inch pearl pendant with an 18-inch chain, for example. Avoid storing them tangled as pearl's soft surface (Mohs 2.5 to 3) can scratch.
