Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Eligible unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If you ordered the wrong sign, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Initial, engraved, special-order, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
