How do I take care of my jewelry?

Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.


Sterling Silver

Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

How do I use the polishing cloth?

Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

In-stock pieces ship same day when ordered by 1:00 pm Mountain time. GemBar designs are made for you, and each piece shows its own shipping window next to the price. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted from scratch and ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Engraved and initial pieces add 1 to 3 business days.

I have this necklace in two colors. The first one was london blue topaz. That stone was as pictured. I liked the color, the cut, and the way it sparkled. I then bought the same necklace in amethyst, since the color, as displayed online, resonated with me. However, when I recieved the amethyst necklace I was a little disappointed. The color was not as it is pictured online. I was expecting a deeper purple. Nonetheless, the neckless is pretty and I am going to keep it. It goes with some of the things I have and my friends all liked it. Overall, I think this is a great necklace. It is not too overwhelming, it adds sparkle, and can be worn everyday. The color is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Ordered the citrine stone, planning to wear it with my matching citrine bracelet and stud earrings for my wedding in November. However, I knocked off 2 stars because when it arrived, it was not the pictured orange hue. It was more like a champagne color, and that did not match the orange hue of the citrine earrings and bracelet. I know stones will naturally have slight variations, but this pendant's stone was too obvious of a mismatch. So, I'll be returning to try to find a better color match to swap.
