How do I take care of my jewelry?

Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

hipping timing varies by item. In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. GemBar/custom gemstone pieces shown with same-day shipping ship the same day when ordered before 12 PM CT; orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Initial, engraved, and special-order pieces may take longer.

Four metal options are available: 14K gold-fill, rose gold-fill, recycled sterling silver, and oxidized sterling silver. All are made from recycled metals and are nickel-free.

Unworn GemBar/custom gemstone pieces without initials or engraving may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Initial, engraved, and special-order pieces are final sale.
