Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Erin Gallagher, Inc. within 10 business days of receipt of the product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of the product.

**Please note that engraved pieces, permanent jewelry, and custom initial jewelry are NOT eligible for return or exchange due to their custom nature. All initial jewelry sales are considered final.**

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked-down merchandise. 

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service.

Good Guarantee

After our standard returns window, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, we will repair anything that does not meet your naturally high-quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though earrings that have been mauled by pets, pulled on by nephews, tangled at the bottom of your purse, don't qualify). We will repair your piece and ship back to you.

Permanent Jewelry - Assurance

As much as we wished for the term “permanent” to be a true representation of the jewelry, we understand that this may not always be guaranteed due to normal wear and tear - and we hope you do as well. It is for this reason that we are proud to offer the most comprehensive warranty the permanent jewelry industry has to offer.

The following are the terms and conditions of our warranty that we are proud to offer to you.

Terms of Purchase - at Time of Purchase

  • Each piece is made to order at one of our studios, or an event, by a certified welder and all sales are final upon payment.
  • There are no exchanges or refunds once the sale is final.

60 Day Welding Warranty - From Date of Purchase

  • Within the first 60 days if the welded product you purchased from us becomes unwelded, detached, or needs to be refitted, for any reason, and you have the product with you, you can schedule a repair appointment with us and have it welded back, or adjusted, for free. 
  • This service is free and unlimited within 60 days of initial purchase.
  • After 60 days of initial purchase, a service fee of $20 will be applied per item welded or resized. 
    • This fee is waived with the purchase of another product at the time of appointment. 

Replacement Options If Your Sparked Piece is Lost

  • As stated above, all sales are final and we don't cover replacements of lost Sparked items.
  • If your Love Weld item is lost, or needs replacement, within 60 days of purchase we offer 50% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available.
  • If your sparked item is lost, or needs replacement, after 60 days of purchase, and within 6 months, we offer 25% off for replacement of the item purchased or an equivalent if the item is no longer available.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
