How do I take care of my jewelry?

14K Gold

Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.


Sterling Silver

Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

How do I use the polishing cloth?

Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

That is our specialty.

    Use our real-time design tool on the product page to select and arrange your three stones. You can choose bybirthstone month, color preference, or personal meaning. Every gemstone is ethically sourced and hand-cut.

  • Is this necklace made to order?

    Yes. Each piece is custom made for you in our Colorado studio. Please allow 10 business days for your necklace to be crafted and shipped, unless it is marked as in-stock.

  • Can I wear this every day?

    Absolutely. The bezel settings protect your stones, and the recycled metals are built for daily wear. This is designed to be your everyday heirloom.

  • What chain lengths are available?

    Chain lengths are adjustable and selected during the customization process. Most customers choose between 16 and 20inches depending on their layering preference.

  • Is this a good gift if I do not know their exact preferences?

    Choosing their birthstones or the birthstones of their children is always a meaningful and personal option. If you are unsure, birthstones are a beautiful starting point.

  • What is your return policy?

    Because each necklace is custom made to your specifications, custom pieces are final sale. We encourage you to use the design tool carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order.
