At erin gallagher we adore our creations and hope that you will feel the same. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase (we've also experienced buyer's remorse a time or two!), you may send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 7 days of shipment date for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund. Sale items cannot be returned. If you are not happy with your Sale item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item for STORE CREDIT ONLY that will come in the form of a gift certificate. Gift certificate may not be used at stores or boutiques that carry the erin gallagher line but may be used at our studio/store or online.Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no erin gallagher return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
