How do I take care of my jewelry?
14K Gold
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product. Simply contact us and we’ll figure out the best way to repair.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Yes. Each piece is customized and finished by hand in our Colorado studio. Orders placed before 12 PM MT ship the same day; orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Chain lengths are adjustable and selected during the customization process. Most customers choose between 16 and 18 inches depending on their layering preference.
Yes. Unworn GemBar/custom gemstone pieces without initials or engraving may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Initial, engraved, and special-order pieces are final sale.
